Since earning his Business degree, Brad has been a sales & marketing professional since 1982 and has been in Title & Escrow sales much of his career.

Brad’s experience includes selling in two major real estate markets during his career: Orange County CA and Phoenix AZ. During the last 27 years, Brad has worked through some very good real estate markets and has survived several down markets.

This valuable real estate industry experience has given Brad the knowledge & understanding of the challenges that REALTORS® and lenders face every day in the marketplace.
